One year after the launch of gov.gr, we launch the single government service for citizens using digital services support.gov.gr.

The single government service for citizens' use of digital services, support.gov.gr, allows citizens to submit support requests for each discrete service centrally on gov.gr. Already, the service covers a range of services, and the number of service topics provided will be continuously increased.

Citizens' requests for support are passed on to the support centres of each organisation. The agencies process the requests and provide the answers on support.gov.gr and citizens receive their answers in a timely and accurate manner.

What do you have to do? The steps are simple and you can see them in detail below!

Submit a Question

You select the digital service for which you want to submit a service request, such as a clarifying question. On the right-hand side of your screen, select the entry Contact.

This will take you to the Service Centre home page. From here you can quickly and easily both send your request and search for the answer to your previous requests.

To submit your request, click on the Submit Request button. You will only need to have your taxisnet codes available to log in and we can provide you with secure personalized information.

Depending on the service you are requesting, you may be asked for additional information such as your Social Security Number, Insured Number, etc. to the extent that we can serve you efficiently and quickly (always with respect to the protection of Personal Data).

Finally, you will be asked for your contact details (email and phone number) so that we can keep you informed about the progress of your requests.

You're almost done!

In the next step we will ask you to simply describe the request - query you want, while you have the option - optionally - to attach a file. Upon submission of the request, a message will appear on your screen with the details of the request (such as the unique Ticket Number, the date of insertion, the subject, the institution, etc.), and you will also receive an email to the email address you have provided.

Search Request

Your request has now been transferred to the support centres of the relevant body. The authorised staff of the body processes the requests and provides the answers on support.gov.gr.

You will receive the response to your request in two ways: 1. with a notification to the email you have registered and 2. in the single repository of support responses.

In the repository, you can log in from the Service Center home page, by selecting View Answers. You log in again with taxisnet passwords so that we can provide you with secure personalised information, and here you can see all the requests you have submitted through support.gov.gr, not just for a specific service.
