Through support.gov.gr, citizens and enterprises representatives are able to decrease either eliminate their visits to the public sector's departments and submit their requests online, earning considerable time to invest to their most significant objectives.

Until you have reached the gov.gr page, hosting the digital service you are interested in, you can place an online support request by clicking on the "Communication" button. To get access to the online request submission system, you will have to enter your personal taxisnet credentials.
On the next step you will be asked to confirm your personal data and, in some cases, declare some additional personal information (for example ID number, Passport Number, Social Security Number, etc.), before proceeding to the recording of your communication information.
Please mind that the accurate recording of your email address is necessary, so that you can be informed about the procedure status of your request and will not become subject of any further use.
The first relative notification email will be delivered to your registered mail account immediately after you complete the submission of your online request.
At the same time, your request will be also delivered to the competent department and will be assigned to an available agent, in order to start the procedure of providing you an appropriate answer.
Finally, you will receive a second notification email, informing you that the answer to your request has been posted on your personal communication repository. Please follow the instructions, included in this email, in order to get access to the answer provided to your request.
Public sector's organizations, whose online services are already hosted on gov.gr, have the ability to apply for participating in the "support.gov.gr " online service.
Participation in support.gov.gr provides an organization with the software to manage online requests and also collaborate with other co-competent organizations through a unified support platform.
Between the pioneers of support.gov.gr, you can notice indicatively the following organizations: Ministry of Digital Government, Ministry of Rural Development and Food, IDIKA SA and the General Secretariat for Public Administration's Information Systems.
In the context of the continuous upgrading of support.gov.gr, the number of organizations joining the platform will be constantly expanded.
Through the button "Analytics", authorized personnel of the public administration can access various KPI's and other statistics, regarding the support services offered by the support.gov.gr participants.
